The method
A diagnosis you can check line by line.
Kludit exists to identify problems worth fixing. Software is only ever the answer to a problem that has already been quantified.
1. You answer a short set of questions
Business type, team size, revenue, average customer value, lead volume, conversion, follow-up quality, admin hours and the systems you already use. Estimates are fine — the report states every assumption it relied on.
2. Kludit calculates, it does not guess
Every figure comes from a fixed formula applied to your inputs. The same answers always produce the same report. No AI is used to invent numbers.
3. Opportunities are ranked by impact
Kludit ranks what it found by estimated monthly value, so the biggest issue is at the top rather than the easiest one to sell against.
4. Systems are matched to the diagnosis
Only after an opportunity is quantified does Kludit map it to a category of software. Tools you already use are never re-sold to you as something new.
The formulas
Revenue leakage
Poorly handled enquiries per month × conversion rate × average customer value
Represents the value of demand that already reached you but was not converted because follow-up was missed, slow or inconsistent.
Admin efficiency opportunity
Admin hours per week × weeks per month × hourly cost × automatable share of that work
Represents the cost of repetitive administrative work that a system could realistically reduce.
Growth opportunity
Modelled improvement in conversion of your existing lead volume
Represents upside from converting more of the demand you already have, rather than buying more demand.
Kludit Score
Weighted average of category scores across lead management, operational efficiency, technology adoption, marketing and retention
A 0–100 indicator of how well the business is currently set up to capture and keep the value it generates.
Where you answer “not sure”, Kludit substitutes a conservative default and lists it in the assumptions section of your report. All figures are estimates, not guarantees, and Kludit does not provide financial, tax, accounting or legal advice.
