What we collect

When you complete a Kludit audit we collect the answers you provide about your business, and the contact details you enter to receive your report (first name, optional business name and email address). We also record basic usage events such as which steps of the audit were completed and which recommendations were clicked, along with referral parameters where present.

How we use it

Your answers are used to generate your report and recommendations. Your contact details are used to send you your report and, if you opted in, occasional practical ideas for improving your business. Aggregated, non-identifying usage data helps us improve the product.

Marketing consent

Marketing email is optional and separate from receiving your report. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. When you click through to a recommended product, that provider operates under its own privacy policy. We may record that a click occurred so we can measure which recommendations are useful.

Retention

Audit sessions and reports are retained so you can return to your report link. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request.
